We currently have a waitlist for surrenders. If you have an equine you wish to surrender, please email us at horses@thehpl.org to discuss the surrender process.

Those of us here at The Horse Protection League value equines greatly. They are a huge part of our lives and our hearts. We know for the vast majority of equine owners out there that the choice to surrender does not come easily. You may think that this form is excessive and that we're trying to chase you off or change your mind. That isn't our intent. We want to know as much as we can about your equine so that going forward we can give it the best home at The HPL and eventually adopt it to the forever home we all know it deserves.
