Those of us here at The Horse Protection League value equines greatly. They are a huge part of our lives and our hearts. We know for the vast majority of equine owners out there that the choice to surrender does not come easily. You may think that this form is excessive and that we're trying to chase you off or change your mind. That isn't our intent.
